I went in with my 2 daughters as walk-ins. Dani is super patient with kids and very professional. All 3 of us got piercings and Dani let us all come together. It was a great experience.

I went in and had my upper left ear pierced and also got my tattoo on my neck done by Michelle, I must say it is amazing I love it. Michelle did an awesome job. Just want to say thank you from the bottom of my heart. Michelle girl you ROCK!!!

My bestfriend and I decided we wanted piercings so we walked in and immediately we felt welcomed and everyone was ready to help. Snake Bites! Called into this shop; a lady answered the phone and was so knowledgeable and sweet( I wasn’t able to catch her name, long beautiful black hair ). We went in, and Dom was the piercer, also super knowledgeable and very kind. 10/10 WOULD RECOMMEND! Everyone there was very welcoming as well. Shop smelled amazing, and very clean! Great selection of jewelry, and we were satisfied with the service. Will definitely return in the future!

I live 2 hours and 45 minutes away and can tell you we will be back! My 6 year old really wanted her ears pierced for Christmas. After reading many reviews, I came across Powers Tattoos & Body Piercing. After seeing so many positive reviews for Dani, I knew this was where we needed to go despite the 35 minute drive from our Airbnb. We arrived without an appointment (appointments are necessary as she is extremely popular) but she still managed to fit us in. She was professional, kind, and very patient with kids. She gave my girl the step by step procedure of what she was going to do and even comforted her when she got nervous. Never once did I see or hear frustration come from her due to the apprehension of a younger client. Did I mention each piercing took maybe 3 seconds from piercing to putting the backing of the earring on?!! We will be driving the almost 3 hour drive for our last darling. I wish I could give more stars bc Dani is the best!

I took my daughter there today January 12, 2021 and they’re very clean and professional any sanitized everything friendly staff. OK so my daughter got her nose pierced for the very first time she’s 17 I am upset about them not to keep the time to tell her about aftercare. She’s only 17 she needs to know how to take care of this stuff and the guy was very professional I gave him his props but as far as informational about taking care of it afterwards, he should be more informational about the important stuff. I would recommend this place before any other place just a because of how clean it was unfriendly they were! thank you powers!!!

This is my second time getting work done in this shop. This is my absolute go to place from now on. I love the clean and friendly environment. From the staff to the owner, they are all people-oriented and assist with any questions or concerns you have. I took my daughter for a double nose piercing and the owner, Dani, was very professional and sanitized every single instrument and product she used. She was very knowledgeable and shared her thoughts with us as she went through the process. She also explained after care thoroughly and provided us with her own personal phone number, in case we had any questions. I definitely recommend this place to every and all persons looking to get work done.

Loved this place! Very sanitized and "covid-friendly". Domingo was my piercer and he was great at distracting you and making you comfortable. So far my piercing looks great.

Staff is awesome and Michelle is very talented. Definitely try them first.

Alright this might be a bit long but here's my honest review. I went this past Wednesday to get a helix done as they were having a $20 piercing special.

First the good, I really like the way it came out. It's 3 days later and no infections or problems so that's good. My piercer checked in with me on pain level and made sure I was good throughout and after.

I do however have a couple things that haven't sat right with me so I decided to let others know because I feel it's important.

First I wanted to say I got no aftercare information. A good artist should always go over this even if it's just a quick check in to ask if you're at least familiar with aftercare. Fortunately I'd never get anything done to my body without first doing my own research on aftercare so I already know what I'm supposed to to to heal properly. But the main issue I am having a hard time with was that I was charged $65. I didn't get a special jewelry just the basic they said it came with. Normally the piercings are $30 anyway. I dunno if I look rich (I don't? And I'm not ha) but that's what I was charged. I didn't say anything, regrettably, because I didn't want to make a fuss and was pretty upset. I did not leave a tip which I would have normally done otherwise. They already pocketed the extra $45...

I had originally wanted to do three piercings. Luckily beforehand I decided to just do one make sure it heals well then come back in a few months to do the other two. I should have got all three for less than what I paid. Glad I didn't bother getting the three that would have been almost $200. Pretty ridiculous for some ear piercings. Anyways that's all, but I won't be going back there unfortunately and I'd just be more careful from now on...

My friend and I went in to get pierced by Dani. If you need a female piercer, that's your girl! She was fast, professional and made us feel very comfortable. She gave great aftercare instructions as well The shop was also clean and smelled great! I'll drive all the way from Austin to get my jewelry replaced by her!

Dani was an amazing piercer. Went in with a friend to get a navel piercing and she made me feel so comfortable. She was clean, professional, and overall did a good job as well as provided excellent aftercare instructions. She also did good on my friend’s septum. Would recommend for the professionalism and the prices seem reasonable for the quality. I also like how we got to pick our jewelry and all our options were laid out for us.

Beautiful place - although the hospitality was a bit off. Paper work was just tossed at you w/ staff knowing this was my first piercing, that being said the owner did make sure I got exactly what I wanted and shout out to Domingo; the piercing is PERFECT. Didn't break professionalism.

I had a great experience with Priscilla! I refuse to get pierced by anyone else. She's such good vibes and so down to earth. She's educated & very good at what she does!

Went in to get my septum repierced and Domingo informed me that it probably wasn't completely closed so he just opened it back up. He did let me know it wouldn't be as painful as the first time getting it pierced. Definitely didn't hurt as much as the first time and its healing GREAT! 5 STARS and definitely recommend Domingo for anyone who needs piercings!!

I came by the shop to get my ears pierced. Mind you it's my first piercing in my life! Domingo asked me what my goal was and it's to gauge them so we started out with doing 10G and he nailed centering the piercings perfectly on both ears. Man has great confidence in his art which makes you feel great about getting what you want. I'll for sure be returning to this shop. Oh and we saw some work from one of their tattoo artist and his work is Sick! Thanks again y'all .

Took my daughter to get her helix piercing. Dani was very professional, she explained everything that she was going to do, then proceeded to pierce her ear. My daughter who has always been needle shy, said she didn't even feel it. My best friend and I went down to visit Corpus and we were soooo lucky to have picked this shop. The staff is amazingly friendly and helpful. Our tattoo artist Michelle was the biggest sweetheart I’ve ever met and she was very patient with us. Her work is amazing and I LOVE my tattoo. We also got pierced there as well and I’m sorry, I couldn’t remember the gentleman’s name, but he’s got the huge black gauges and he’s DOPE! He pierced my bellybutton and it turned out amazing. He also did my best friend a solid by fixing her cartilage piercing. I would absolutely recommend this shop to anyone looking for a relaxed and warm environment.

I knew I wanted to get a nose and second lobe piercings but since I just moved to Corpus. I didn't know where exactly. I came across this place and read some good reviews. As soon as I walked in I felt very welcoming. I told Dani what I wanted and she was straight forward about the information I needed to know. The room I was in was very spacious and clean so that eased my nerves. I liked how she was very informative and gentle when she did them. I did not bleed at all and she knew what she was doing! I really enjoyed my experience with them and my piercings look good!

My roommates were at this shop about 3 weeks ago. When they told me, I was kind of upset Bc I wanted to be there for their first tattoo. They ended up inviting me and I ended up going and getting one with them. I rushed over there, knowing absolutely NOTHING about the shop, and got a tattoo from there. I am absolutely satisfied with the tattoo I got. The artist himself was young but very cooperative & professional, the staff was friendly. I’m going back Friday for my next one ! I would recommend going. The only downside there was, was the wait, I was there for about 6 hours but it’s understandable since mine was a last minute decision & my 2 roommates were in front of me.

Dani was very professional and straightforward yet still explained what I needed to know about the procedure and the aftercare. The price was $45 and its best to use cash because there is a charge for card use (which Dani let me know). I will definitely be returning for future piercings and I'll recommend this place to friends. :)

This place is very clean and staff is very professional. Priscilla did my piercing and she made me feel calm and confident. It was actually very fast and didn't hurt as much as I thought it would.
